Rita CFO
As owner, manager and financial director of three Canadian salons, Rita Baran is backed with over 30 years of experience in the professional salon industry. Rita juggled those responsibilities simultaneously with her duties as a partner in a successful consulting firm, CHITA Consulting, which provided services to salons, hairdressing associations and chain accounts to improve technical and business performance. She now brings that arsenal of knowledge to the table for us as the heart of the machine behind the art.
LEE Creative Director
Lee started his career in film as a voice actor, working on a wide variety of film and television shows. His first taste of creating films was as a participant in the Reel Fast 48 Hour Film Contest, where he and his partners collected awards for Best Film and Viewer’s Choice.
Since then he has put together numerous short films, music videos and installation pieces both as director and editor. Around here Lee wears many hats, producing, directing, editing, and providing much of the momentum behind the company's success.
ADRIAN Director of Photography, Sound Supervisor
Adrian has been deep in the entertainment industry for most of his life, working on set and in post production. He still does all of that full time right here with us, lighting sets, mixing audio, building websites, creating graphics, writing copy and manning cameras.
STEVE Editor, Shooter, Audio
Steve "The Steve" French was a bona-fide rock star. Then he wrote a novel. He has mixed audio for dozens of TV shows and movies and still finds time to compose. Like the rest of the team, he needs a lot of outlets for his creativity, so he gave up sleep for a few months to master editing software and learn how to operate a camera.
